ORIGINAL PAINTINGS DISCLAIMER

All paintings include their signed certificate of authenticity. My paintings are made on acid-free, 100% cotton, 300gr/140lb watercolor paper. I use professional watercolors with pure lightfast pigments, and at the end I spray them with UV-resistant fixative for greater preservation. DIGITAL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

When you purchase any of my digital products (PDF guides/coloring pages), you will receive immediate access at the time your purchase is completed. All digital products available for sale on my website were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others. This means that you, as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased. However, you may not share this content with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties.

BUYING ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

• To place an order, you must be of legal age, authorized to use my store's mode of payment (PayPal in this case, but if you'd like to pay through Zelle, Payoneer or a direct bank transfer you can contact me directly).

• Taxes and shipping costs are included in the prices displayed.

• Once the payment is confirmed it'll take between 2 to 5 business days to proceed with the shipping. Since we know PayPal can sometimes be unpredictable, if the payment is on hold you'll be required to release it within the first 2 days before I proceed with shipping, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

• Due to strict international shipping measures from Venezuela, the full name (first name, middle name and last name), telephone number, and an official document number (driver's license, passport, etc.) of the person making the order is required. All information provided is strictly confidential and is shared only with the shipping agencies to provide fast, secure and efficient delivery.

• After the painting is shipped you'll receive the tracking number. I work with Zoom Red, a Venezuelan ally of DHL, for all my international shippings. Zoom Red is in charge of taking the package from my town to the capital, Caracas, where it will be handed over to DHL, so it'll take a couple of days for your tracking number to start updating.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In case that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please send me an email at roselinestephania@gmail.com with your name, order number and a description and photo of the defect or damage so we can reach an agreement regarding refunds or exchanges.
